Skully Dress

I made this probably a year ago, and finally decided to post it.  It's based on a quick-and-dirty dress tutorial that I totally can't remember the name of.

It was pretty darn easy to make.  Just take a tank top, some elastic, and about a yard or so of rectangular fabric and sew them all together.  Magic, I know.  I would say it's good for beginners like me.

I bought the skeleton fabric on eBay, and frankly it sucks.  I was gypped.  Everyone says how great eBay is for fabric, but I didn't know how cheap and gross the material was from the pics!
Here's some better fabric:

Screw eBay

I'm selling stuff on my blog.  Hopefully it works.

Here's an American Apparel skirt that I wore for half a day because it's waaaaay too small for me.  It's a size M/L (I know, their sizing is a joke.)  It looks even smaller on my mannequin though, because she's a skinny bitch and I had to pin it on her.  It fastens with Velcro on the side and is definitely short. Also it's pleated.  $20 including shipping.
